Dr. Silvester brings a diverse background in health sciences and physiology to her chiropractic practice. Before becoming a chiropractor, she earned a Bachelor of Health Sciences from the University of Ottawa and a Master’s degree in Exercise and Cardiovascular Physiology from Queen’s University. She also spent time working in regional health care coordination, which helps inform her collaborative and patient-centered approach to care.
Dr. Silvester provides manual therapy, rehabilitation, and extended combination visits tailored to each patient’s needs. Her goal is to deliver evidence-based care to help individuals feel and move better through all stages of life. In the coming year, she plans to expand her services to include acupuncture and targeted rehabilitation for osteoarthritis.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Silvester enjoys spending time with family, relaxing at the cottage, exploring the local area, and staying active through curling, running, fishing, and travel.
